Who we are
Rhino Builders is a locally owned and operated construction and remodeling company serving El Paso, Texas and the surrounding communities. Axavier Neyra is the owner and the person you will deal with from the first phone call through the finished project.
We work on roofing and flat-roof silicone restoration, kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, painting, ADUs, additions, concrete and hardscape, patio covers and outdoor living, landscaping, and commercial remodels — residential and commercial, under one team.
Most of our work comes from people who live and work here. That shapes how we operate: we would rather turn down a job that is not right than sell work a property does not need, and we would rather tell you a smaller repair is the honest answer than quote you a bigger one.

Every project starts with a free on-site estimate. We look at the actual conditions, take photos, and give you a written estimate in plain language. If you decide to move forward, you review and sign your contract online — no printing and no office visit — and then we build, keeping you posted as the work progresses.
