Flat-Roof Silicone Restoration

Most flat and low-slope roofs fail at the seams, penetrations, and low spots where water sits. Once water gets under the surface, it works its way into the insulation and the deck below — and that is when a simple leak turns into a much bigger repair.

Silicone restoration is a coating system applied over a prepared, clean flat roof. It seals the seams and penetrations, builds a continuous watertight membrane, and stands up to standing water far better than the surface underneath it. Because it goes over the existing roof, there is no tear-off: no dumpsters, no exposing your building, and far less disruption to your home or business.

We inspect the roof first, because restoration is not the right answer for every roof. If the deck or insulation is already saturated, we will tell you plainly and walk you through the alternatives so you can make the call with real information.
