Estimates we provide are free and are based on the conditions we can see at the time of the visit. An estimate is not a contract. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during construction are different from what was visible, and we will discuss any change with you in writing before the additional work happens.

Insurance Claims

If you are pursuing an insurance claim, Rhino Builders can inspect and document the conditions of your property and provide that documentation to you. The claim is yours to file, and your insurance company decides coverage. Rhino Builders does not adjust claims, negotiate claims, represent you, or guarantee any claim outcome.

Permits and Inspections

Permit and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and by the scope of work, and they can change. Where permits are required, we coordinate the application and inspection process as part of the project. Where work is performed without a permit at a client's direction, the client assumes responsibility for compliance.

Scheduling

Project schedules are estimates. Weather, material availability, inspection timing, and conditions discovered on site can affect them. We communicate changes as they happen.
